If you are concerned about your child or an adult, please take this short test.
Does he/she exhibit periods of short attention span?
Does he need to have things done a certain way or become very upset?
Does he have difficulty following through with anything?
Does he avoid eye contact?
Does he prefer to play alone?
As a toddler, were they on target for speaking, crawling, and potty training?
Experience frequent colds, ear infections, requiring frequent use of antibiotics?
Does he have difficulty paying attention, following directions, or remembering?
Does he exhibit hand flapping?
Low self esteem?
Excessive or senseless worrying?
Difficulty reading, doing math problems?
Do the homework assignments seem to take much longer to complete than would be expected?
Does he appear to be clumsy?
Does he have difficulty identifying the right hand from the left?
Does he have difficulty remembering b's, d's, p's, j's, and g's?
Does he have difficulty winding down at night, getting to sleep, and very slow to start in the morning?
Does he have a history of head injuries?
Does he have difficulty expressing ideas, conversations, and needs?
Is the hand writing "messy"?
Does he have problems understanding jokes?
Does he complain about being "bored" frequently?
Complains about being teased all the time
Has difficulty memorizing?
Has difficulty spelling words?
Has difficulty planning time, telling time, is always "running or doing things at the last minute"?
Is sensitive to light, clothing, smells, food, and/or dislikes the touch of things?
